Services offered to residents include, external maintenance to units, gardening and 24 hr emergency telephone support.

All units have now been fitted with solar power. This has greatly reduced power costs for all residents. Low users are now running in credit!

Griffin Park’s facilities include a community centre, used for resident activities such as, parties, darts, indoor bowls, and card nights. Residents are also encouraged to use the village, library, elevated veggie gardens, and hairdressing facility.

30,000 Litre water tanks have been installed to service all common gardens which greatly benefits all residents.
